This role will partner with program management teams to analyze and understand their financial position. The analyst will prepare monthly customer financial reports, verify actual cost reporting, provide variance analysis, and support monthly closing activities.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nProject controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system.\n\nMonitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.\n\nPrepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT.\n\nProvide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process.\n\nPerform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.\n\nReview weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.\n\nThe ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a range of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
