ADON Assistant Director of Nursing RN

Madison Heath and Rehab have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our phenomenal nursing team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day-to-day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care withing the facility. The Assistant Director of Nursing will lead the Infection Control team. This position is the point person and liaison between the residents and families while providing excellent follow up and customer service. Qualifications: WI Licensed Registered Nurse 5+ years of nursing experience 3+ years of previous SNF supervisor or management experience Strong communication skills Ability to lead a growing team Why Champion?
