This position performs complex administrative functions supporting medical logistics readiness, force projection operations, mission planning, and program execution.\n\nThe incumbent serves as a lead administrative professional responsible for coordinating office operations, supervising administrative personnel, managing workflow processes, and ensuring timely and accurate support to AMLC leadership and mission partners. This position directly supports Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS), Unit Deployment Packages (UDP), Medical Materiel Readiness Program (MMRP), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Medical Logistics Support Team (MLST) activities worldwide.\n\nKey Qualifications\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nAdministrative Leadership and Oversight\n\nLead and oversee daily administrative operations supporting AMLC FPD programs, projects, and mission activities.\nSupervise, mentor, train, and provide guidance to Administrative Support Level II personnel and other assigned administrative staff.\nEstablish priorities, monitor workload distribution, and ensure timely completion of administrative requirements.\nDevelop and implement administrative procedures that improve efficiency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.\n\nExecutive and Program Support\n\nProvide direct administrative support to Government leadership, program managers, and project leads.\nCoordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, site visits, and mission planning activities.\nManage executive calendars, taskers, suspense actions, and correspondence tracking systems.\nServe as a primary point of contact for administrative coordination among AMLC FPD divisions, external organizations, and mission stakeholders.\n\nData Management and Reporting\n\nOversee collection, validation, tracking, and reporting of data supporting program operations and readiness initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain databases, tracking systems, and management tools that support operational decision-making.\nCompile, analyze, and present reports, statistics, dashboards, schedules, timelines, charts, graphs, and performance metrics.\nEnsure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of administrative records and program documentation.\n\nCorrespondence and Documentation Management\n\nPrepare, review, and quality-control memorandums, executive summaries, briefing materials, information papers, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.\nEnsure documents comply with Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 and other applicable Government standards.\nCoordinate document staffing, routing, review, and approval processes.\nMaintain official files and records in accordance with Army and Department of Defense records management requirements.\n\nProcess Improvement and Mission Support\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative workflow, information management, and business processes.\nAssist leadership with special studies, data calls, strategic initiatives, and mission analysis efforts.\nSupport logistics readiness programs through administrative coordination, reporting, and document management.\nParticipate in organizational planning meetings and provide recommendations that enhance mission execution and customer support.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nAssociate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.\nFour (4) to eight (8) years of progressively responsible administrative, program support, office management, or executive support experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading or supervising administrative personnel.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nExperience managing records, reports, databases, correspondence, and administrative tracking systems.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nComprehensive knowledge of administrative management principles, office operations, and records management practices.\nAbility to supervise personnel, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to develop administrative processes that improve efficiency and mission performance.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and official correspondence.\nAbility to work independently and interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC), Medical Readiness organizations, or Department of Defense programs.\nKnowledge of Army administrative procedures, correspondence requirements, and staffing processes.\nExperience supporting logistics, supply chain, readiness, or force projection programs.\nFamiliarity with Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS), Unit Deployment Packages (UDP), Medical Materiel Readiness Programs (MMRP), or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operations.\nWorking knowledge of Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 and Defense records management requirements.\n\nSecurity Requirement\n\nThe individual selected for this position must be able to obtain and maintain all required Government installation access credentials and satisfy applicable background investigation requirements necessary for contract performance.
