At Structural Buildings we design and construct a wide array of building types from post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, SIP panel, and tilt-up concrete; ensuring our ability to provide the best type of building to meet all our customer’s needs.\nWe are seeking Construction Foreman as an active member of our team to construct quality building projects that are profitable and provide a positive experience for the customer. This position plays an important role in helping the construction team promote and provide a positive attitude, set and meet goals and achieve company objectives.\nConstruction Foreman Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and supervise the activities of crewman in construction needs for all phases of the project.\nInspects blueprints and material lists to ensure all aspects of the project are understood and can be executed.\nCommunicate with the Purchasing Department in regard to materials needed or that the special requirements of the customer can be met.\nCoordinate scheduling of inspections with Field Superintendent and building officials.\nAssess the fastest and easiest way to complete a job without sacrificing the quality of the work being done.\nCoordinates with the Field Superintendent to ensure job is finished in a timely manner.\nLead by example in creating a safe, organized work environment.
