This role is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and strategic multi-channel outreach to book qualified meetings for the Sales Team. The SDR will research target accounts, identify key technical and executive stakeholders, and prioritize organizations based on infrastructure fit and growth signals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage senior decision makers in meaningful business conversations. While they don’t close the sale, the SDR will collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to break into strategic accounts and support pipeline growth. This role also requires maintaining accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce and sales engagement tools. Candidates should be highly driven, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nContact new prospects through cold calls and emails\nIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate related products/services\nBuild long-term trusting relationships\nQualify and contact potential net new customers\nDaily Metrics achieved (Calls, Emails, etc.)\nQualifications:\nHands-on experience leveraging a multi-threaded sales approach (Cold Email, LinkedIn, Cold Call, Social Media) Preferred\nBachelors Degree in business administration, Communication, Marketing or related subjects1\n1 year of SDR experience selling to Enterprise Organizations Preferred\nExperience in using an Outbound Prospecting Strategy Preferred\nTrack record of achieving sales quotas\nExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)\nExperience with cadence software (e.g. Outreach, SalesLoft)\nFamiliarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)\nUnderstanding of sales performance metrics\nAptitude for utilizing data, insights & resources to develop a compelling selling story\nStrong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.\nWhatever it takes\" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance\nSalary Range\n\n$31/hour - $34/hour\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
