Consumer Litigation Specialist
Our client is looking for senior people in the Complex Class Actions around Consumer litigation space for a firm focused on Consumer, Securities and Class Action for plaintiffs.Remote but must be licensed in California and accessible to court, firm will cover transportation. Firm is involved in a very big Class action around a Data Breach with a major tech/media nameKey ResponsibilitiesConduct client interviews and intake, often remotely, to gather facts and evaluate claimsPrepare clients for hearings, depositions, and litigation processesDraft and review legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requestsPerform legal research on consumer protection laws, statutes, and case precedentRepresent clients in hearings, negotiations, and potentially trialsCollaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy and developmentDocument and analyze client interactions, identifying legally relevant factsHandle high-volume caseloads, often in class actions or mass arbitration settingsThe job is remote but candidates need to be accessible to court to attend cases from time to time. Minimal travel, which is covered by the firm.
