They also ensure we are following regulations and are compliant. This position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits. We also offer PTO/Vacation and Per Diem. This position does not offer housing or rotating shifts.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\nEssential functions are those tasks, duties, and responsibilities that comprise of the means of accomplishing the job's purpose and objectives. Essential functions are critical or fundamental to the performance of the job. They are the major functions for which the person assigned to this position is held accountable.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)\nEE will be required to work on a fluctuating schedule, based on the needs of the business. M-F, some weekends\nEE will be required to be on call when they are scheduled to do so\nEE will be required to complete the required safety training as well as on-going training requirements\nEE will be responsible for adhering to Titan Solutions Safety policies as well as OSHA rules and regulations\nEE will be responsible for working on a team and individually providing customized secondary containment for\nenvironmental protection on various oilfield locations\nEE will be responsible for preparing building materials and equipment for job\nEE will be responsible for the care and maintenance of tools, equipment and building materials\nEE will be responsible for building, setting up and tearing down jobs on various locations including the Titan Yard\nEE will be responsible for cleaning liner, patch and repair liner in the field and in the Titan Yard\nEE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner\nEE will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of vehicle as well as reporting any damage to vehicle\nEE will represent himself/herself and Titan in a professional manner\nEE will be responsible for maintaining appropriate work relationships\nEE will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures\nEE will be responsible for assisting in other divisions and other tasks as needed\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nSkills and Abilities Ability to possess good communication and writing skills English/Spanish\nAbility to operate a pressure washer and hand tools\nAbility to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner\nAbility to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and customers read a Able to utilize a tape measure\nAbility to work a scheduled-on call work schedule\nAble to perform calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division\nEducation High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic math skills required\nJob Experience General labor experience\nComputer Proficiency Ability to utilize a timekeeping system as well as cell phone for time reporting\nTraining: Titan Solutions will provide necessary training\nWorking Conditions: Work in inclimate weather\nPhysical Requirements\nLong periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, bending, working on hands and knees\nCapability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly\nCapability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.\nMust pass pre-employment fit test and background check\nTravel Requirements May be required out of town/state for up to 2 weeks at a time or longer travel less than 10%\nPay Range: Pay is based on performance, competencies, seniority - $18 - $24\n\nThis job description in no way indicates or implies these are the only duties to be performed by the employee of this position.
