Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Cold Caller to join our management and brokerage team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, leveraging your communication skills to generate interest, build relationships, and open doors for business opportunities. Your enthusiasm and persistence will help expand our client base and drive growth through strategic outbound calling campaigns. Duties Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including businesses and individual investors, to introduce our management and brokerage services Engage prospects with compelling conversations, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through warm calling, follow-up calls, and lead nurturing strategies Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track progress, and manage customer information effectively Negotiate terms with prospects to secure appointments or agreements that align with company goals Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve call scripts for higher engagement Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the call process Qualifications Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on cold calling or warm calling techniques Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an energetic and engaging phone presence Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and professionalism Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment and meet targets consistently Join us if you’re passionate about building relationships, driving business development through outbound calling, and making a real difference in a fast-paced management and brokerage setting!
