Russell Standard - Pavement Preservation - Administrative Assistant The primary purpose of the Pavement Preservation Administrative Assistant is to provide support through administrative and clerical duties. This is a full-time position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides administrative support to our Fayetteville, PA office location.Manages and submits job bids.Keeps, maintains, and orders inventory for office supplies.Performs data entry of material tickets to support business processes using company software systems with accuracy and attention to detail.Receives incoming mail, communications, emails, and phone calls, handling when appropriate or distributing to the proper recipient when notAssists customers and corporate accounting with billing and invoice inquiries and process payments as neededWork closely with Human Resources, Estimating, Project Engineering and Safety, to support business needs.Provides administrative support for location events and meetings, such as ordering food and supplies.Supports the uniform program by ordering or cancelling employee uniforms.Other projects and responsibilities as deemed necessary for businessSkills and Education:Required:High School diploma or GED equivalent2+ years of administrative experience2 years of customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsWell established organizational skills with strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityNotary Public Commission, or willingness to obtainPreferred:Experience in a construction, manufacturing, or production related industryKnowledge and experience in inventory and billing systemsJob Requirements:Ability to work in a team environment with production personnel, as well as the ability to work independently without close supervisionAbility to work closely with customers and outside vendors on a regular basisMust be able to work overtime as neededAbility to perform work which requires frequent and regular movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingersAbility to perform primarily sedentary work, yet occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of forceAbility to see, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterityAbility to operate standard office equipment including a computer, copier, fax, phone and other similar office equipmentBenefits:Competitive pay401(k) matching & profit sharingHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability PlansAdditional voluntary benefitsPaid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveTuition assistanceWork Environment:Varying based on location and department, this position requires most of its responsibilities be performed in an asphalt construction office.
