Job Description Service Representative (Insurance) — Sara Colangelo Insurance Agency Inc. (Hybrid)As a Service Representative with Sara Colangelo Insurance Agency Inc., you'll be the go-to person for customers when they have questions, need changes made to their policies, or are going through the claims process. You'll help create a positive, reliable experience by answering inquiries clearly, staying organized, and paying attention to the details that matter. You'll also collaborate with other agency team members to coordinate requests, keep service moving smoothly, and anticipate customer needs.
