The ideal candidate is skilled at managing multiple priorities, responding to urgent customer needs, and collaborating across teams to drive results.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish temporary and emergency service contracts for new opportunitiesManage, qualify, and close inbound sales leads generated through website submissionsOwn and execute outbound lead generation efforts, including research, outreach, cold calling, qualification, and proposal developmentConduct follow-up and analysis on lost opportunities to improve future outcomesCollaborate with national sales, marketing, sales support, and strategic account teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market strategyQualifications & ExperienceExperience developing and managing sales leads from website submissionsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks while handling time-sensitive inbound inquiriesProven success building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns using tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExperience assisting prospects and customers with urgent or emergency business needsStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholdersAbility to analyze closed opportunities (won and lost) and develop strategic follow-up and campaign tacticsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionHigh level of organization and professionalismExperience in the security industry or a related service industry is a plus Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Protos Security, We Are a Community Of Driven Professionals Working Together To Make The World Safer Through Technology And Service.
