Must Have NCCCO or NCCER certifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating cranes and other heavy machinery on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.\nDuties\nOperate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.\nMust have experience driving piles with diesel impact hammer as well as vibratory hammer\nConduct pre-operational checks on cranes and other heavy equipment to ensure safe operation.\nCollaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate lifting operations.\nMaintain clear communication with ground personnel using hand signals or radios.\nFollow safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.\nPerform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes and related equipment.\nAssist in the operation of additional heavy machinery as needed, including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, concrete mixers, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, front loader trucks, farm machinery, tankers, and Caterpillar equipment.\nExperience\nProven experience in crane operation within a construction environment is essential.\nMust have pile driving experience\nStrong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.\nFamiliarity with various types of construction machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, and concrete mixers.\nExperience with commercial driving is a plus.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety standards.
