For more information, please visit the website www.phfi.org.Project BriefRecent studies on food consumption suggests that consumption of healthy foods and nutrients remain suboptimal, with high sodium, low whole grains, and low fruit intake all contributing to diet-related mortality and disabilities. Healthy food subsidies and unhealthy food taxes can impact dietary behaviours.
