The candidate will help lead FRA's transition from Microsoft SharePoint to Google Workspace by migrating content, rebuilding collaboration sites, and developing secure business applications and automated workflows using Google Sites, AppSheet, Apps Script, and related tools.\r\nCandidates must be clearable for a Public Trust Position - must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the US and have lived in the US for more than 3 years.\r\nResponsibilities & Objectives of this Role:\r\nAssess and inventory FRA's existing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, workflows, forms, permissions, and integrations.\r\nDevelop a phased migration roadmap that maps existing SharePoint capabilities to appropriate Google Workspace solutions.\r\nDesign and build Google Sites for FRA team collaboration, internal resources, and departmental information sharing.\r\nDevelop and maintain AppSheet applications that replace or improve existing SharePoint-based business processes.\r\nCreate automated workflows and integrations using Apps Script, Google Forms, Sheets, Drive, and approved APIs.\r\nMigrate documents, data, metadata, and permissions while maintaining content accuracy, organization, accessibility, and traceability.\r\nConfigure Shared Drives, Google Groups, role-based access, and governance controls in coordination with FRA stakeholders.\r\nIntegrate Google Workspace solutions with existing systems and troubleshoot migration, application, and workflow issues.\r\nWork closely with FRA program, security, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements.\r\nPlan and execute testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-migration validation activities.\r\nDocument solution architectures, configurations, applications, workflows, and operating procedures, and provide training and ongoing support to users.\r\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:\r\nBachelor's degree.\r\n5+ years of general experience.\r\n4+ years of experience developing or administering Google Workspace solutions or performing enterprise collaboration-platform migrations.\r\nStrong experience with Google Sites, AppSheet, Apps Script, Google Drive, Shared Drives, Forms, Sheets, and Workspace administration.\r\nExperience with Microsoft SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, permissions, forms, and workflows.\r\nProficiency in workflow automation and integration using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and APIs.\r\nExperience implementing secure access controls, data governance, and information management practices in federal or regulated environments.\r\nDesired Skills\r\nGoogle Workspace Administrator, AppSheet, or related Google certification.\r\nExperience replacing SharePoint or Power Automate forms and workflows with AppSheet, Apps Script, or Google Forms.\r\nExperience with structured data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.\r\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.\r\nExperience with REST APIs, SQL, Python, or other integration and scripting technologies.\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.\r\nMust be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery directly related to position.\r\nMust be able to exchange information effectively with leadership, FRA stakeholders, development teams, and project managers.
