In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Control Specialist to support our project management. Primarily responsible for the development of project claims, schedules, and budgets of construction projects, ensuring compliance and timely project completion in alignment with project goals.Key ResponsibilitiesInvolved in the development of project claims, schedules, and budgetsMonitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against established baselinesPrepare and present detailed project reports and dashboardsCollaborate with project managers and engineers to align project control activities with project goalsAdhere to project contractsReview and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinancesPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsStrong bilingual skill in English and Korean requiredGood analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management softwareEffective teamwork and communication skillsPreferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related fieldExperience in project control, construction projects, or similar rolesProfessional certifications in project management or control are a plusStrong knowledge of construction project management, Auto CAD, and related documentationAbility to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple prioritiesAdditional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.On-site work required; occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
