365\nWindows desktops and laptops\nPrinters and peripherals\nUser accounts and passwords\nNetwork connectivity\nBasic server and workstation functionality\nCreate, update, and maintain support tickets within the PSA system.\nEscalate issues that require advanced technical expertise.\nAssist with user onboarding and offboarding activities.\nDeploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.\nParticipate in routine maintenance activities and system monitoring.\nAssist senior engineers with client projects and technology upgrades.\nDocument procedures, solutions, and customer interactions.\nTravel occasionally to client locations for onsite support and project work.\nFollow company security policies and industry best practices.\nProvide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nBasic understanding of Windows operating systems.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite visits.\nAbility to pass applicable background screening requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\nCompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification.\nExperience in a help desk, customer service, or technical support role.\nExposure to:\nActive Directory\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nNetworking fundamentals\nCybersecurity concepts\nRemote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: From $55,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)
