In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, truck drivers, vendors, and visitors while ensuring safe and efficient order pickup processes. You will also support site operations through administrative tasks, communication of safety protocols, and coordination of basic office and site activities.Job Details Location: Henrietta, Texas Type: Full-time, Temp to hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities Greet all visitors, drivers, customers, and vendors entering the site and provide appropriate assistance or direction. Support truck drivers with order pickup processes to ensure efficiency and safety. Communicate site safety procedures and ensure compliance with established protocols. Direct drivers to appropriate loading/unloading areas and coordinate with site personnel as needed. Answer phone calls and emails and provide general administrative office support. Assist with order entry and basic clerical functions using computer systems and Microsoft Office. Help coordinate and plan site events and support general office operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned to support site operations.Skills & Experience Prior experience in an office, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with order entry or basic data systems preferred. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards or industrial safety practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, dependable, and open to change and continuous improvement.Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work is primarily indoors in a manufacturing/industrial site environment.Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing and shipping environment. Focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
