This position will include responsibility for keeping all common areas clean and sanitized. Individuals who are highly motivated and work well in a team, as well as with limited supervision, are preferred. The position provides professional and courteous entry-level maintenance and custodian services to Mandel residents through timely completion of simple work order requests and maintaining great curb appeal for both residents and prospective residents.
