The candidate will work closely with teams to identify vulnerabilities and ensure our mobile applications meet industry security and privacy standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPerform manual and automated security assessments of mobile applications, APIs, and underlying backend services\nVerify application compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain detailed documentation of assessment findings, metrics, and recommendations.\nMonitor emerging mobile technologies, security threats, and industry best practices.\nResearch mobile application documentation to outline secure configurations and potential risks.\nAssess the risk posture and exposure of misconfigured mobile technologies.\nDevelop guardrails to ensure mobile technologies are deployed in a secure configuration.\nEvaluate and recommend security software/hardware and its integration into existing architecture.\nCreate security matrix checks from the aforementioned security configurations.\nApply the appropriate security controls to the checks from the required compliance framework.\nConduct peer reviews for additional matrix checks\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nActive Top Secret clearance\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\n5+ years of dedicated application security experience with a strong focus on mobile platforms.\nDeep knowledge of OWASP Mobile Top 10, mobile OS architecture, secure local storage, cryptographic practices, and OAuth/OpenID Connect flows.\nFamiliarity with NIST RMF.\nUnderstanding of mobile security principles and vulnerability assessment techniques.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with mobile application security testing tools (NowSecure, etc.).\nExperience supporting federal industry environments.\n\nAbout E-INFOSOL\n\nE-INFOSOL is a Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
