You will drive execution across manufacturing and operations programs within a high-velocity aerospace production environment, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution.\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nLead the complete delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams.\n\nTranslate operational strategy into executable plans with clear achievements, owners, and dependencies.\n\nDrive schedule integrity by identifying risks, resolving constraints, and ensuring alignment across all collaborators.\n\nCollaborate with Work Center Leaders, Engineering, and Program teams to handle both baseline demand and emergent work.\n\nEstablish and maintain mechanisms for tracking progress, risks, and performance (schedule, cost, efficiency).\n\nFacilitate decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights to leadership.\n\nOwn communication rhythm (tier meetings, executive updates, cross-functional syncs).\n\nDrive accountability across teams through structured follow-up and addressing blocking issues when needed.\n\nSupport CapEx planning and operational readiness initiatives tied to production scaling.\n\nLead change management efforts to integrate new processes, tools, or program requirements.\n\nCore Capabilities:\n\nStrong execution bias in complex, ambiguous environments.\n\nAbility to influence without authority across multiple orgs.\n\nExperience managing high-velocity production or integration environments.\n\nSkilled in translating strategy plan execution (SPE approach)\n\nStrong business insight with operational decision-making focus.\n\nClear, concise communicator across all levels (shop floor exec)\n\nAbility to handle both tactical details and strategic alignment at the same time.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years in program/project management in manufacturing or operations.\n\nProven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.\n\nStrong communication and collaborator management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nAerospace or high-complexity manufacturing experience.\n\nExperience with schedule management tools, EVMS, or production systems.\n\nPMP or equivalent certification.\n\nCulture Statement\n\nDon’t meet all desired requirements?
