The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure property operations, resident safety, and overall community satisfaction. This role supports daily maintenance operations, assists with apartment turns, and works under general supervision while following established procedures and safety standards.Working Hours:Typically, FT40, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
