In this position, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources. You will ensure timely project completion, manage relationships with contractors and vendors, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving, consistent communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet specifications and requirements.QualificationsProficient in Construction Project Management and Construction Management processes10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with 5+ years working with a General ContractorSkilled in Project Coordination and project workflow managementExperience in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projectsStrong ability in overall Project Management, including planning and executionExceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferredExperience with project management software tools is an advantageKnowledge of local building laws, codes, and regulations is beneficial
