Requirements & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program management. Proven track record of delivering a minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP and/or WFS / Time and Payroll systems. Deep hands-on experience managing concurrent, cross-functional workstreams in multinational environments. Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management business processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the C-suite level.
