Applicants should have the ability to:\nPerform planned audits and surveillance of execution activities to ensure compliance to Project requirements.\nPerforming audits and surveillance of subcontractors, suppliers, and sub-suppliers, when required.\nMonitor and report on the status of implementation of the Project Quality Management System and its effectiveness.\nIdentifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement and initiating or recommending solutions.\nAssure that the contract obligations for testing and record keeping are adhered to.\nEnsure proper turnover of complete quality control package(s). Responsible for ensuring that turnover documentation is maintained, organized and turned over on schedule.\nInteract with management and customer personnel as needed during the resolution of quality issues or customer audits.\nStrong communication skills are required for regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Previous experience in managing quality assurance processes within large-scale industrial or data center projects is preferred.\nFacilitate project quality meetings when necessary.\nKnowledgeable in applicable electrical OSHA rules and regulations.\nRequirements:\nAbility to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks\nTechnical knowledge related to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, inspection, and testing is required to understand specified requirements.\nKnowledge of industry codes and standards pertaining to electrical installation and testing.\nDemonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.\nManages deliverables of all L1, L2, L3 QAQC, Testing, and CX coordination.\nAbility to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.\nAbility to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment, or possess an electrical state journeyman license.\nApplicants for this position are required to possess ten (10) years of relevant experience in electrical work.\nA minimum of six (6) years of QA/QC experience in the fabrication, testing, and installation of electrical systems is required.\nOther Information:\nExcellent wages and complete benefits package.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.\nISC evaluates and hires applicants for employment based exclusively upon the applicant’s merit.
