Maintenance Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining a multi-family property . As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the property is in excellent condition, prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians and support staff - Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliances) - Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs - Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies - Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment - Be available for on-call duty as required - Respond to resident requests in a courteous and professional manner - Maintain detailed records and generate reports for management as needed **Qualifications:** - Ability to manage a team effectively - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written - Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated maintenance team and contribute to the efficient operation of our facilities.
