A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator. Key Responsibilities Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process Analyze applicants' financial status and credit to determine loan feasibility Develop relationships with realtors, builders, and community organizations to promote mortgage services Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Three to four years of mortgage experience (secondary lending) Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loans Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations Familiarity with Calyx, Desk Top Underwriting, and/or Loan Prospector
