As Audit Delivery Manager, you will drive operational excellence, support divisional growth, and inspire a high-performing team of auditors.Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of security auditors, providing performance management, coaching, and development to ensure audit effectiveness and complianceForecast and plan auditor utilization based on client demand, certification cycles, and business prioritiesMonitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to auditor efficiency, utilization, quality, and customer satisfactionSupport strategic planning efforts by identifying operational gaps, proposing process improvements, and implementing solutions aligned with divisional goalsPartner with technical and operational teams to resolve complex client issues, escalate risks appropriately, and ensure compliance with accreditation body requirementsConduct performance observations (such as witness audits, audit reviews) to assess auditor competency and uphold program integrityAssist with standard operating procedures, tools, and auditor resources to improve audit consistency and efficiencyContribute to operational reporting and budget planning for the audit delivery functionConduct audits in alignment with personal competencies (optional; not required)Perform other duties as requestedQualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information security, quality management, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, auditing, or certification services, preferably within information security, tech or defense sectorsAt least 3 years of experience in people management or team leadership, with a focus on remote and technical teamsFamiliarity with NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, CMMC series, and related conformity assessment schemesUnderstanding of third-party certification processes, auditor qualifications, and accreditation requirementsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with remote teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility and willingness to travel as neededDemonstrated effective skills in leadership, communications, and teamwork buildingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :Advanced degree or certifications in information security, auditing, regulatory affairs, or related fieldsPrior certification as an auditor or lead auditor for ISO 27001 or ISO 20000 seriesKnowledge of CMMC and CCP or CCA CertificationKnowledge of ANAB, IAQG, or MDSAP accreditation and scheme requirementsPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Required to sit at a desk for long periods of timeAbility to travel by car or planeExtensive use of computers and other electronic equipmentModerate physical effort required (ability to handle equipment and/or items weighing 50 lbs.)Ability to follow client and regulatory required safety practicesSalary Range: $75,000 - $120,000The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
