Our afterschool programs operate in the Northwest and Southeast areas. The Human Resources Assistant/ Program Associate will support the executive office in the morning, providing administrative support to the human resources team including record-keeping, file maintenance and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) entry. Additionally, the HR Assistant/Program Associate might be assigned to support the afterschool programs in the afternoon.\nThis position is ideal for a recent college graduate.\nPLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS 100% in person.\nMain Office & Recruitment Support\nPerforms customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.\nCompletes and files I9 verifications.\nFollows up on new-employee background checks.\nSchedules meetings with hired employees to review the completion of onboarding tasks.\nAssists with the preparation of the performance review process.\nTracks status of candidates in the HRIS and responds with follow-ups.\nMakes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.\nFiles documents into appropriate employee electronic files.\nAssists or prepares correspondence as requested.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nCross-Departmental Operations Support\nAssists the Executive Director, Office Manager, Assistant Director, and HR Department with different projects and tasks.
