The Project Manager will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management efforts while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards\nJob Responsibilities:\nAnalyze, manage and mitigate risks\nPrepare financial forecasts\nPrepare schedules and ensure schedules are adhered to\nManage RFI process and submittal process\nPrepare job meeting agendas\nApprove pay applications and invoices from subcontractors\nReview pay applications to Owners\nReview drawing changes to determine impact on schedule or job cost\nApprove Owner and subcontractor change requests and change orders\nProvide prompt responses to all team members\nMaintain quality control throughout project\nDetermine time of Punch List walk-throughs\nEnsure safety regulations are followed on job site\nNegotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities\nBid new projects as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication with clients, management, team members, and subcontractors\nStrong attention to detail and organization\nDisplay strong time management and decision-making skills\nAbility to read and understand blueprints and specifications\nStrong work ethic and goal oriented\nMust be able to do cost projections and budgeting\nExperience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project required\nProficient in ProCore, Timberline Project Management, and Timberline Estimating preferred\nRequired: Commercial construction experience; healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:\nThis role is conducted at a desk setting in an office environment that is typically quiet to moderate. The position is typically sedentary requires, with or without accommodation, the ability to sit for long periods of time, operate a computer and communicate in person and via telephone.
