The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace, Splunk or OpenSearch/ELK, distributed tracing, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.\nRequired Skills\n· Dynatrace Administration & Monitoring\n· Splunk OR OpenSearch/Elasticsearch (ELK)\n· Monitoring & Observability Concepts\n· Distributed Tracing & APM\n· Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)\n· CI/CD & DevOps Practices\n· Kubernetes / Containers\nResponsibilities\n· Manage and optimize the Dynatrace platform, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, alerting, anomaly detection, management zones, and dashboards.\n· Implement and support observability solutions using Dynatrace, OpenSearch/ELK, and Splunk for application, infrastructure, and log monitoring.\n· Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), tune alerts, and resolve monitoring gaps to improve system reliability.\n· Build dashboards, reports, and telemetry pipelines to provide operational visibility and performance insights across cloud and on-premises environments.\n· Automate monitoring and integrate observability tools with CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and OpenTelemetry frameworks.\nApplications will be accepted until 9/11/2026\nThe annual salary for this position is between $49,000- $106,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.\nBenefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\n· Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance\n· Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off\n· 401(k) plan and contribution\n· Long-term/Short-term Disability\n· Paid Parental Leave\n· Employee Stock Purchase Plan\nDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
