Housekeeping Houseperson, Part-Time, Evenings | Hilton Garden Inn, Marlborough

This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public spaces and stocking housekeeping supplies. Assists housekeepers and guests as needed by providing friendly, courteous and professional service, including adherence to health regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.This role would require you to work Monday - Wednesday from 4:00 - 11:00 PMResponsible for cleaning hotel public spacesStocks housekeeping supplies and linenResponsible for delivering housekeeping related items to guest roomsAccountable for guest satisfaction as it pertains to housekeeping service at the propertyAssists and responds to requests in a positive and timely manner while providing the highest level of quality service to the guestWorks as a team player and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments as necessaryUnderstands and follows the company guest service recovery programEnsures a clean and safe work area in compliance with company, brand, local, state and federal regulationsReports all maintenance needs and service issuesKnowledgeable on the safe use of chemicals utilized within the housekeeping departmentFollows all company procedures for guest/employee incidentsRate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourEducation: High school diploma or GED preferredExperience/Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesHousekeeping/laundry experience preferredAttention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environmentMaintains predictable and reliable attendanceAbility to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shiftAbility to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty/responsibility and meet all criteria under physical demands, with or without accommodation.This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an “at-will” employment relationship.
