And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.\n\nJoin us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.\n\nSystems Engineering Review Coordinator Responsibilities\n\nProvide technical guidance for internal review of baseline artifacts included as data products for major design reviews\n\nDevelop Entry/Exit Criteria for milestone reviews with LM and Customer Co‑chair concurrence to required products\n\nAssess baseline artifacts for acceptability in meeting technical review standard criteria and the maturity necessary for the planned milestone review\n\nDevelop review artifacts (as necessary) and provide integration/coordination support to integrated project teams for the release of baseline artifacts for major milestone reviews, test readiness reviews and other formal CDRL deliveries\n\nAs a self‑starter, identify, respond, devise solutions, communicate, and gain concurrence with project/program stakeholders to address problems that negatively affect successful accomplishment of tasks assigned throughout the team\n\nCoordinate all pre‑review milestone tag‑ups with LM and Customer Co‑chairs for status of baseline products in run‑up to review as well as any Independent Review Team and Government Review Team comment adjudications\n\nDevelop, coordinate and successfully implement engineering milestone events (SRRs, PDRs, TRRs, etc.)\n\nAdvise, coordinate, and lead customer coordination meetings, identify risk, and report on systems engineering management efforts and artifact burndown activity\n\nResolve open action items or activity to ensure successful completion of project/program need\n\nMonitor work progress of personnel assigned to tasks to ensure milestone reporting metrics are up to date\n\nBe a main point of contact for coordination of technical information into and out of LM for Navy customers and other contractors\n\nRepresent LM at Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) events and reviews, shaping customer relationships\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nFamiliarity with Systems Engineering process (e.g. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification & validation)\n\nDemonstrated leadership skills, whole systems thinking, and stakeholder integration experience\n\nExperience with communicating technical details to technical and non‑technical audiences\n\nFamiliarity with Systems Engineering milestone events (SRR, PDR, TRR, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with data analysis, metrics collection and reporting\n\nNeed to have a Secret clearance to start and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship\n\nDesired Skills\n\nExperience on FBM Program\n\nMissile System or Satellite System integration experience\n\nDemonstrated experience interfacing with customers, subcontractors, and senior management\n\nDemonstrated ability to interact with cross‑functional team members in establishing system test requirements\n\nMissile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering\n\nExperience with validating the architecture and verifying the requirements tied to it\n\nAbility to lead multi‑functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals\n\nAgile project execution experience\n\nExperience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365\n\nExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand a complex issue and recommend/take corrective action\n\nOpen and receptive attitude of customer requirements\n\nFamiliarity with EVMS processes & risk management processes\n\nFamiliarity with action item processing procedure\n\nActive Top Secret\n\nSecurity Clearance\nThis position requires a government security clearance.
