Mental Health Case Manager - Therapist
Find your calling at Mercy!Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values, and Mercy service standards.The team currently includes four therapists and PRN support. Therapists typically see an average of six clients per day in one-hour sessions, with dedicated time built into the schedule for lunch, documentation, care plans, insurance and court paperwork, school coordination, and family communication. Most services are provided on-site and in person; however, flexible scheduling-including limited hybrid or virtual work options-is available. Overall, this role offers a supportive, structured environment with meaningful flexibility.Position Details:Qualifications:Education: Master's degree required in Social WorkLicensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
