Clinical Product Specialist - USWant to be part of a team transforming healthcare?We are looking for an experienced Clinical Product Specialist to join our team. Working within the Product Management department, you will be responsible for the clinical promotion of, and ensuring customer satisfaction with, our Medical and Veterinary Systems. Using your clinical knowledge base, training expertise and commercial skills, you will promote and educate medical and veterinary professionals on Adaptix's unique tomosynthesis imaging technologies, ensuring high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction.Medical imaging helps patients by enabling early and accurate diagnosis. However, 2D X-rays can be inconclusive as they give a fundamentally limited view of our 3D bodies. 3D images are possible with CT scanners but these are much expensive, give a high dose of radiation and moving a critically ill patient to a scanner can be labor-intensive and risky. At Adaptix we are helping make 3D imaging more accessible to the people who need it by producing mobile, low dose systems that can be brought to patients and deliver imaging at point-of-care.As our ideal candidate, you will be educated to degree level in Radiography and have a current ARRT certification or equivalent.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Sales SupportPromote excellent relationships with customers to ensure product and market needs are well understood and providing support to the internal and external sales team in commercial negotiationsContribute to the creation of compelling product marketing material (White papers, presentations)Contribute to the completion of Technical Sales ResponsesProvide training internally and to distributors on the Adaptix DT Medical and Veterinary systemsManage and Collect high quality image data to promote key system benefitsTraining/Applications SupportDeliver engaging training sessions to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with Service and R&D to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issuesDeliver engaging product demonstrations to promote the benefits of the Adaptix Medical and Vet SystemsProduct DevelopmentCollate and share customer feedback to enhance future system developmentSupport clinical trials and studies in conjunction with the R&D team and external clinical partnersSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseSkills:Core Radiography knowledge, and image interpretation requirementsAn understanding of learning styles to meet customer needsAbility to work independently and to be self motivatedProblem solving nature, being ability to work through challenges under pressureAbility to react to changing working requirementsHighly effective presenters; able to use PowerPoint to create impactful presentationsAbility to communicate on a broad level within the organization and customer environmentDetail focus with the tenacity to see tasks through to their successful completionExperience:Experience of product support within the radiology domainDelivering impactful Product demonstrationsDelivering Applications Training in a Clinical EnvironmentDevelopment of Training MaterialSuccessful track record of maintaining high customer satisfactionProviding Product Management/Development with concise and effective feedback on image quality and system functionality improvementsSuccessful management of customer satisfaction challengesThis is a permanent full-time role. The role will include travel to customer sites and overseas as required. Commutable access to a major airport hub would be highly advantageous due to the need for regular domestic air travel to support our distributors.
