This role supports the installation, operation, sustainment, and cybersecurity compliance of systems that integrate live platforms with simulated training environments, in accordance with DoD standards and contract requirements.\n\nRequirements:\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdminister, maintain, and troubleshoot LITL systems and supporting infrastructure\nSupport data link injection and LVC integration (e.g., Link-16 or similar)\nExecute system administration tasks, including patching, account management, and configuration control\nImplement cybersecurity controls in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and system baselines\nApply STIGs, perform vulnerability scanning, and remediate findings\nMonitor systems and logs, and support incident identification and response\nMaintain and update ATO artifacts and system documentation\nSupport fielding, integration, testing, and live training events\nTroubleshoot issues across systems, networks, and data interfaces\nTravel to operational sites as required\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nExperience in system administration and/or cybersecurity\nWorking knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and basic networking (TCP/IP)\nFamiliarity with NIST SP 800-53 and DoD security practices\nDoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent)\nEducation/experience: Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience, OR associate's degree + 5 years, OR High school diploma + 7 years (relevant certifications considered in lieu of degree)\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level Secret\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with LVC environments, tactical data links, or range systems\nExposure to Link-16 or similar data link architectures\nFamiliarity with ACAS/Nessus, virtualization, or cross-domain solutions\nExperience supporting field exercises or operational test events\n\nSecurity Clearance:\n\nApplicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD Government- granted security clearance.
