Our main area of operation is the DACH region and Scandinavia, where we are known for providing top-notch software development services.\r\nOur primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.\r\nThe main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.\r\nRole Overview\r\nWe're looking for a hands-on QA Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of software and hardware - someone equally comfortable digging through code and pull requests as they are physically testing a machine.\r\nThis is a role for someone who likes to understand why something breaks, not just that it broke.\r\nTech stack you'll be working with:\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign and execute test scenarios - functional, regression, and integration\r\nPhysically test our RVM (Reverse Vending Machine) through its full operational cycle: bottle/can acceptance, voucher dispensing, integrator communication\r\nTest changes based on pull requests and link bugs to specific code changes\r\nWrite and maintain automated tests in Python (pytest / unittest) and C# (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest)\r\nWork with Git -checking out branches, running test builds, flashing builds onto the test machine\r\nAnalyze logs and reproduce reported issues\r\nWrite clear, structured bug reports (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior) and verify fixes\r\nMaintain pre-deployment checklists and test documentation\r\nRequirements\r\nExperience in software testing (manual; automation is a plus)\r\nComfortable working with Git - branching, pulling, running builds\r\nAbility to read code in Python and/or C# well enough to connect a bug to a change\r\nWillingness to work hands-on with physical hardware - connecting, operating, and observing device behavior\r\nAttention to detail, independence, and a methodical approach\r\nClear and precise bug reporting\r\nNice to have\r\nExperience writing automated tests in Python (pytest / unittest) or C# (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest)\r\nFamiliarity with Linux / Raspberry Pi, working via console or SSH\r\nExperience with issue trackers (Jira, Linear, etc.)\r\nBackground in testing embedded or hardware-integrated systems\r\nBasic hardware diagnostics knowledge (serial communication, scanners)\r\nWhats in it for you?\r\nJoin for a role, stay for the development : More than 40% of our team is working with us longer than 5 years.
