We want someone who is self-motivated and invests in our Core Values: Empathy, Compassion, Honesty, Integrity, and a Commitment-driven worth ethic.\nWhat we offer:\nup to $7500 Sign On Bonus\nFlexible Schedule - No weekends or Holidays\nCompensation starts at $80k (based on experience level) with ability to earn more through quarterly bonuses.\nWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.\n401k Match\nAnnual CEU allotment and possible reimbursement for certifications\nAI assisted documentation system\nQualifications - Licensed Physical Therapist:\nBachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program\nCurrent state licensure as a Physical Therapist or from participating compact state\nStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology\nExperience working in orthopedics or sports preferred\nSpecialized knowledge or experience in pediatrics/youth athletes is a plus\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nResponsibilities - Licensed Physical Therapist:\nEvaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans\nProvide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.\nEducate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies\nMonitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary\nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care\nStay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice\nParticipate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.\nParticipate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.\nSkills:\nAnatomy knowledge\nTrigger point therapy expertise\nExperience working with pediatric patients\nStrong patient care abilities\nPhysiology knowledge\nMedical terminology\ndry needling certification is a plus\nAs a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being.
