As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day jobsite operations on multiple projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience managing schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control.\nYou will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, city inspectors, and clients to ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Constructify’s quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily jobsite operations, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule.\nCoordinate and supervise subcontractors across trades (framing, MEP, finishes, etc.).\nConduct daily jobsite walkthroughs for quality control and safety compliance.\nMaintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsites at all times.\nRead and interpret architectural/structural plans and specifications.\nCommunicate effectively with project managers regarding progress, delays, and required changes.\nSchedule and coordinate city inspections and ensure all work meets local code requirements.\nTrack material deliveries, inventory, and jobsite logistics.\nResolve onsite issues quickly and professionally.\nMaintain digital daily logs, photos, and documentation via company software.\nRepresent Constructify professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, and neighbors.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5–7 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or lead role.\nStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations (California-specific experience preferred).\nAbility to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP plans.\nExcellent problem-solving and leadership skills.\nStrong communication and organizational abilities.\nExperience with commercial ground up construction and TI projects is a major plus.\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and job sites.\nComfortable using project management apps, daily logs, and photo documentation tools.\nExperience using Microsoft Project scheduling software and experience using Procore.\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: Competitive and based on experience (typically $110,000–$140,000+ depending on background).\nAuto Allowance\nCompany laptop/iPad\nPaid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick leave\nOpportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.\nSupportive and collaborative team culture.\nPhysical Demands\nThese physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
