This role supports the smooth operation of educational services, ensures a positive learning environment, and acts as a liaison between students, instructors, and the organization.\nKey Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and other educational events, including scheduling, room bookings, and material preparation.\nCommunicate effectively with students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding program details, schedules, and any changes.\nProvide support to students, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and academic needs.\nMaintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, progress and other relevant data.\nMonitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.\nCollaborate with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of educational programs.\nMaintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with students, instructors, parents, and other stakeholders.\nProvide administrative support to instructors, such as preparing materials, managing correspondence, and assisting with technology setup.\nAssist with student inquiries and provide general information about the company's programs and services.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nSchedule Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students: typically Monday – Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (location may vary).\nBenefits Competitive medical, vision, and dental plans.
