This role demands collaboration between clients and various internal teams to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet the LP's investment accounting, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and reporting needs.\nResponsibilities:\nDemonstrate a deep understanding of the firm's value proposition specifically geared toward LPs, effectively communicating its benefits to clients.\nFollow established methodologies for client onboarding, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal processes.\nProvide comprehensive training and support to LP clients on the services and reporting tools available.\nCommunicate project status, potential issues, and risks to all stakeholders effectively, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.\nIndependently lead project workstreams, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues faced by LP clients during the onboarding and service delivery process.\nManage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the engagement lifecycle.\nDeliver exceptional consultancy services, ensuring project objectives align with company goals and client expectations.\nIdentify and escalate risks or issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.\nUtilize acquired skills and best practices to complete a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently.\nBuild trust by consistently providing accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, both verbally and in writing.\nConduct internal training sessions for colleagues to share expertise and enhance team knowledge.\nDocument and recommend internal process improvements and service enhancements.\nAs a seasoned professional, apply creative solutions to effectively resolve complex client issues.\nProactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and lead initiatives to implement improvements within the team.\nRequired Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of investment accounting principles and practices, with a specific focus on LP structures.\nProven leadership skills to effectively guide workstreams and manage project delivery.\nUnderstanding of investment performance metrics, risk exposure, and valuation methodologies.\nFamiliarity with alternative investments, private equity, and accounting or audit practices is highly desirable.\nAdvanced understanding of financial markets, particularly in relation to alternatives, derivatives, structured products, and fixed income.\nExperience with relational database principles and SQL querying preferred.\nStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration.\nExceptional problem-solving abilities with analytical skills to navigate complex issues.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.\n3+ years of relevant experience in a role related to alternative investments, private equity, or LP relationships.\nBoise & Chicago Salary Range: $62,000 - $85,000 DOE\nThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
