This part-time remote position plays a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights while supporting the integration and automation of multiple business systems.\nThe ideal candidate is an expert in Excel and Power BI, has experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting, and enjoys solving complex data challenges. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.\nInterview Process:\nHiring Manager interview\nTechnical skills demonstration showcasing required Excel, Power BI, reporting, and data analysis capabilities\nKey Responsibilities\nExtract, analyze, and interpret large volumes of raw data.\nCompare historical data across months and years to identify trends and insights.\nBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, charts, graphs, formulas, and visualizations.\nDevelop, test, and implement automated reporting and business process improvements.\nSupport the integration and automation of multiple business systems.\nDesign, develop, and maintain data models and reporting solutions that support business objectives.\nGather business requirements and manage reporting projects from initial request through deployment and ongoing support.\nMaintain data accuracy, integrity, and stability across reporting environments.\nMonitor reporting schedules and distribution processes.\nManage report inventories and documentation.\nRun data validation queries to identify inactive, obsolete, or inconsistent records.\nMonitor shared email inboxes and distribute work as needed.\nProvide first-level technical support for reporting systems and escalate issues when appropriate.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.\nPrioritize multiple projects and communicate progress proactively.\nQualifications\nRequired\nExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis.\nAdvanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and KPI reporting.\nExperience designing and maintaining automated reporting solutions.\nExperience creating business dashboards and data visualizations.\nStrong understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices.\nExperience analyzing large datasets and identifying meaningful trends.\nExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nAvailability to work East Coast business hours.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting business system integrations.\nExperience with platforms such as eHealth, Quickbase, or eMeet (or similar business systems).\nExperience working with reporting databases, CSV/TXT files, and data validation.\n2–4 years of experience in reporting, documentation, records maintenance, business intelligence, or data analysis.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe successful candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable owning reporting projects from beginning to end.
