{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4e3e9439a7b3f1acb9f9bd75","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4e3e9439a7b3f1acb9f9bd75","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4e3e9439a7b3f1acb9f9bd75","title":"PowerBI Data Modeler / Developer II","description":"Job #: 2032\r\nPay Rate: 50.00-50.00 $/hour\r\nJob type\r\nLocation: Brea, CA\r\nDescription/Comment: In this role, you will have the opportunity to:\r\nBe part of a team of highly skilled technical analysts, software engineers, and Oracle experts who are accountable for timely, high-quality solution delivery across North America and Europe Client Services organizations.\r\nProvide production support for critical platforms and reporting tools, focusing on applications and data warehouses.\r\nEngage with Client Service leadership to develop and deliver on the vision and strategic plans for support infrastructure and capacity in areas of resourcing, process optimization, and tool development.\r\nLead, participate, and deliver ideation and scope definition workshops, value propositions, business cases, as well as functional roadmaps and project plans in close alignment with organizational objectives.\r\nHelp implement strategy and roadmap for Client Services reporting and application infrastructure, including analysis support.\r\nAssist in efforts to streamline and automate the collection, management, and analysis of data for the benefit of the business.\r\nWork in cross-functional teams to tackle complex company-wide goals and deliver meaningful results.\r\nEssential Requirements\r\nBachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.\r\nExperience with project management principles.\r\nContinuous improvement experience.\r\nStrong analytical skills.\r\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle EBS or equivalent (SAP, Sage, etc.).\r\nRequired experience with relational databases and SQL languages, such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.\r\nExperience with ETL tools, such as SQL Integration Services (SSIS) and/or Informatica Cloud.\r\nRequired experience in data visualization tools, such as SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), PowerBI, OBIEE, Spotfire, Tableau or equivalent.\r\nExperience automating business processes with tools such as MS Power Automate and/or UI Path Studio.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with Smartsheet, Access Databases, SharePoint, VM Server management, and basic maintenance.\r\nExperience with Python development.\r\nWeb development experience, such as HTML, PHP, Java or equivalent.\r\nExperience with Oracle APEX (Application Express).\r\n3-5 years' experience required.\r\nAdditional Job Details\r\nHybrid: 1-2 days in office on average.\r\nHours Per Week: M-F.\r\nShift Time: 8:00 AM -
