product launches, and production trials.\n\nAssist with manufacturability reviews, technical project planning, and process improvement activities.\n\nWork with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve production, quality, tooling, and process‑related issues.\n\nSupport technical quoting and customer‑related technical discussions as needed.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve process standards, work instructions, checklists, and technical documentation.\n\nReview manufacturing performance, process data, and production feedback to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nSupport initiatives focused on scrap reduction, process consistency, productivity, quality, and standardization.\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, technical needs, and improvement opportunities.\n\nSpend time on the production floor supporting troubleshooting and practical solutions.\n\nContinue developing knowledge of plastic extrusion, tooling, materials, equipment, and manufacturing systems.\n\nSkills, Qualifications, Education and/or Relevant Experience\nRequired\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (equivalent experience considered).\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes.\n\nAbility to read and interpret prints, specifications, and technical requirements.\n\nStrong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and follow‑through skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.\n\nComfortable balancing office‑based work with hands‑on production floor support.\n\nBasic computer skills including spreadsheets, documentation, and reporting.\n\nWillingness to learn new systems, tools, and technical concepts.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nExperience in plastics, extrusion, custom manufacturing, or a similar, technical manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience with process improvement, production troubleshooting, product launches, or technical project
