Assist prospects with applications and deposits, adhering to company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.\nKeep an updated availability report, process applications (including credit checks and rental history verification), submit them for the Community Manager's approval, and follow up with applicants on their status.\nShow apartments and close sale, prepare them for move-ins, obtain new residents' signatures on paperwork, and provide community orientation.\nManage lease renewals, send renewal notices, handle move-outs based on lease terms, apply fees when necessary, and keep property management software updated with move-in/out and renewal data.\nManage rental collections, enforce lease terms, track fees, and initiate eviction when needed for financial compliance and revenue optimization.\nPromote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues.\nFollow eviction procedures, including notice requirements, court representation, and facilitating proceedings as needed.\nConduct market research by surveying competing properties, implement outreach marketing, and update Radix (or equivalent) as needed.\nAssist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement.\nCompletes all necessary paperwork for generating a lease, move-in, check-out, and other peak periods in a timely manner.\nQualifications:\nEducation & Experience:\nEducation: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of relevant experience, training, or a combination of education and experience.\nAt least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
