Their primary duty is to create and facilitate high-quality, international-genre variety meals that are flavored, prepared, and displayed to the expected standards.\nCore Responsibilities:\nCulinary Support:  Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the Action Cook prepares food items for the international menu station, following established recipes and maintaining food freshness, quality, and appeal.\nKitchen Support: Store food items according to established standards of practice; utilize proper labeling and dating.\nMaintain Cleanliness: Maintain production records and logs (food usage, overages, shortages, customer counts, etc.). Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
