This role serves as a connector across Operations, Quality, Safety, and Business Excellence to ensure training translates into safe, reliable, and efficient execution on the floor.\nResponsibilities:\nOnboarding & Training Leadership\nOwn and lead onboarding for all manufacturing and warehouse team member cohorts across all lines and shifts\nSupport the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs\nFacilitate new hire orientation, classroom training, plant tours, and on-the-job training readiness\nBuild engaging onboarding experience that promotes inclusion, safety, and operational readiness\nSupport development of on-the-floor training strategies for new hires and upskilling\nTraining Systems & Program Management\n\nDevelop, maintain, and track training materials, including:\nSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)\nJHAs (Job Hazard Analyses)\nJSTs (Job Safety Trainings)\nOPLs (One Point Lessons)\nTraining checklists and work instructions\nCoordinate and schedule all training sessions, certifications, and continued education programs\nMaintain centralized training documentation and ensure materials are current and aligned to standards\nContinuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve outcomes\nCapability & Development Skills\nTrack and manage team member skills, certifications, and capability progression\nIdentify skill gaps and partner with leadership to build targeted development plans\nAdvise site leadership on workforce capability, readiness, and development needs\nAlign programs to plant performance, including true efficiency and cases handled per hour\nPartner with line leadership to ensure training supports execution of Run to Target (RTT)\nPerformance Tracking & Continuous Improvement\nTrack key performance indicators related to training effectiveness, onboarding success, and capability development\nDrive continuous improvement of training systems, onboarding programs, and capability processes\nPeople Leadership & Engagement\n\nBuild strong relationships with team members through coaching, feedback, and support\nDeliver constructive feedback while maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment\nChampion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning across the plant\nSupport employee relations, communication, and engagement initiatives\nCompensation and Benefits:\nThe expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050.\n\nLocation, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
