Available Shifts 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Positions & Responsibilities: DSP – Salem & Centralia Homes Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide supervision and emotional support in a safe, nurturing environment Monitor and document behaviors and vital signs Follow individualized care plans and HIPAA guidelines Engage individuals in social, recreational, and skill-building activities Perform light cleaning and maintain a hygienic living environment Assist with medication administration if Med Tech Certified Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) DSP certification preferred (required or willing to obtain; paid training provided) Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Caregiving, nursing, or social work experience a plus Knowledge of First Aid and CPR preferred Ability to lift and assist residents as needed Strong observational and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care Join us in providing exceptional support that empowers individuals to live their best lives!
