{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4e2e5d14c764aff8de2fe96f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4e2e5d14c764aff8de2fe96f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4e2e5d14c764aff8de2fe96f","title":"Payment Systems Analyst","description":"Position: Payment Systems Analyst\n\nCompensation: $45 - 52/hour, depending on experience\n\nLocation: ONSITE - Canton, Massachusetts\n\nInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payment Systems Analyst to join their team!\n\nThis role is a great fit for someone with strong payment systems experience who enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing technical issues, and working across business and technical teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Duties:\n\nSupport and troubleshoot payment hardware and software\nReview logs and data to identify root causes and trends\nPartner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues\nAssist with payment solution configuration, deployment, and support\nMaintain technical documentation and knowledge base materials\nSupport testing, integrations, escalations, and system improvements\nCommunicate technical issues and updates to both technical and non-technical teams\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\n\n3+ years supporting payment hardware and/or software\nExperience with Verifone terminals and VHQ\nBackground in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or similar payment environments\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills\nUnderstanding of credit/debit card processing and tokenization\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors\nStrong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities\n\nNice to Have Skills & Experience:\n\nExperience with Fiserv or other payment processors\nKnowledge of POS, web, and mobile payment integrations\nFamiliarity with Azure or other cloud technologies\nExperience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot\nBackground in application or integration testing\n\nPerks & Benefits:\n\n3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance\nVoluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance\nPaid time off, 401k, and holiday pay\nWeekly direct deposit or pay card deposit\n\nOther Information:\n\nHybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday work from home\nWork closely with internal teams and external vendors\n\nIf you are interested in learning more about the Payment Systems Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
