In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless shipping and receiving operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes within a fast-paced environment.\nDuties\nSafely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.\nAccurately receive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries against purchase orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms.\nPrepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders in accordance with customer specifications and shipping guidelines.\nMaintain organized stock levels through effective stocking, order picking, and inventory management using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.\nEnsure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety standards.\nAssist with warehouse distribution tasks such as load & unload operations and staging materials for shipment or storage.\nConduct regular stock counts and update inventory records to support accurate order fulfillment and warehouse efficiency.\nExperience\nPrior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes.\nProven ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs.\nExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, or similar inventory software is highly desirable.\nBasic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.\nKnowledge of warehouse distribution practices including order picking & packing, stock replenishment, and load & unload procedures.\nStrong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills to ensure safety and accuracy in all tasks.\nPrevious experience supporting e-commerce operations or working within a fast-paced logistics setting is a plus.
