Warehouse Technician
SummaryThe Warehouse Technician position is the backbone of the company. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of equipment and materials for events. Their duties include receiving, storing, and shipping equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and safe. They also assist with loading and unloading trucks and may be involved in preparing equipment for events. ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparing and/or inspecting inbound and outbound shipmentsAccurately label and store products in designated areasPerform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock auditsPick and pack orders with precision and attention to detailAssist with loading and unloading trucks following proper safety protocolsOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient mannerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillmentAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresOccasional rental/order pickups and drop-offs in van or small box truckOther warehouse-related tasks assigned by your manager Qualifications A High School diploma or the equivalent A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history Experience in Live Events (audio/lighting/video) Forklift Experience Working ConditionsThis position can be physically demanding. Walking/Standing on concrete flooring most of your day Lifting at least 50 lbs. from the floor to head height on a repetitive basis when loading and unloading trucks Climbing ladders (8'-12') to retrieve gear from shelving when preparing events This position is typically an 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday work schedule. With advance notice, there may be occasions where work would need to take place in the evening or on weekends.
